Zombie Air Force Codes Not Working: Input and Server Fixes
Fix code input, distinguish an already-claimed response and apply the announced new-server condition before retrying a shop bonus.
If a Zombie Air Force code is not working, check the text you entered before changing servers: remove quotation marks and extra spaces, then read the game's response. For the announced shop bonuses, a new server is also part of the developer's instructions.
This codes video gives a view of the game and bonus context; the troubleshooting steps below help you decide what to do with a rejected entry.
Start with the text in the box
Copy one entry from the Codes list. Paste only its code string into the Store field. Do not include quotation marks, reward details or the surrounding sentence. If you copied from a message, remove spaces before and after the string before submitting it again.
A spelling check is useful because it changes the input you are testing. Repeatedly pressing Redeem without changing anything gives you the same situation and makes it harder to follow which attempt produced a response.
Let the response choose the next step
| What you see | Next action | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| The text includes quotes or extra spaces | Clean the field and submit the copied string again. | The developer asks for code text without quotes. |
| A response indicates it was already claimed | Stop retrying that entry on the same account. | A server change is not a second claim. |
| A response indicates expiration or rejection | Compare the entry with the Codes page and the developer announcement. | Old lists and copied text can refer to different availability. |
| An announced bonus fails in an older server | Try a newly started server after checking the spelling. | The announcement specifically names new servers. |
The table describes response categories, not a list of exact error messages. Follow the wording on your own screen. If a reward display changes after an accepted claim, you do not need to force another success message by submitting it again.
Use the new-server condition for the right problem
A server change is most relevant when the entry is still announced, the spelling is clean and the current server may predate the bonus. It is less useful when the game says your account already claimed the reward.
If the same announced entry fails after the input and server checks, keep the response text and check the official developer group for an announcement affecting availability. Avoid substituting codes from another Roblox game simply because they appeared in a related search result.
If you have not reached the correct field yet, follow the redemption walkthrough. That page handles the menu sequence; this one helps after you have a real submission response to work with.
